The Norm Oriental Kemer, Kemer

I had an outstanding vacation at this hotel, where everything was well-kept, from the beautiful gardens to the amazing pool and beach areas. The staff was incredibly helpful and cheerful, making the arrival experience seamless. However, I felt the towel reservation situation at the pool could be addressed since it made finding sunbeds a bit challenging. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for its fantastic food and engaging entertainment.

The hotel offers exceptional value for money with a beautiful beach and nicely maintained pool area. I particularly enjoyed the variety of food available, especially at the a la carte restaurant. However, the bathrooms in the rooms could use some improvement as they appeared outdated and lacked cleanliness. The location provides easy access to local attractions, but the room quality wasn't ideal.
